Hey everyone! I just noticed some kind of API modification that happened today and I’m trying to figure out what’s going on. My application started behaving differently this morning and I’m wondering if this is related to some backend changes or maintenance work.
I’m not sure if this is a planned system upgrade or just routine updates. Has anyone else experienced similar changes with their API connections today? I want to make sure I’m not the only one dealing with this situation.

I experienced a similar issue earlier today as well. Around 9 AM, my authentication tokens started failing intermittently, and certain endpoints began to return unexpected response formats. It appears that the versioning requirements were updated without any prior notice. Consequently, I had to modify my error handling to accommodate the new response structure. Based on the headers, it seems there may be security-related changes at play. I recommend checking your API version parameters and revising any hardcoded response parsing if you haven’t already.
Yeah, something was definitely broken around midday. Response times went to hell and I started seeing weird error codes I’d never seen before. My scheduled batch jobs completely failed - that never happens. Dug through the logs and found they changed rate limiting thresholds without documenting it anywhere. Had to add extra retry logic and slow down my requests to fix it. Wish they’d actually notify us before breaking existing stuff like this.
same here. had crazy timeouts around lunch time, and my webhook calls kept giving 503 errors for like an hour. no maintenance alerts either, which is super frustrating. maybe check their status page or contact support if it’s still not working.
