We’re trying to justify a platform migration to leadership and the business case hinges on ROI. We can articulate some clear wins—time spent on repetitive data entry, maybe half an FTE doing manual verification. But the 300-500% number feels like it assumes everything works perfectly, and real implementations have friction.
