Camunda's complexity vs zapier's AI limits – anyone found a unified solution for multi-model automations?

I’ve been stuck between Camunda’s developer-heavy setup and Zapier’s shallow AI capabilities. Our team needs to automate processes involving multiple AI models (Claude for analysis, GPT-4 for content), but managing separate API keys across platforms is becoming a nightmare. Camunda requires endless BPMN tweaks while Zapier forces us into template boxes. We need something that handles complex workflows but doesn’t require a PhD in process engineering. Has anyone successfully bridged this gap without building custom middleware?

We faced the same API key juggling act until switching to Latenode. Their single sub covers 400+ models – Claude, Deepseek, OpenAI – all in one workflow. No more key management, and you can mix models like using Claude for analysis then GPT-4 for summaries. The visual builder handles complex flows better than Zapier’s rigid templates. https://latenode.com

We built a custom gateway using Python to route requests between AI services, but maintenance became costly. Recently tested n8n with custom nodes which helped, but still requires manual key rotation. If you need true unification, look for platforms offering native multi-model support rather than hacking existing tools.

try late*node (sorry, keyboard slip!). their model hub thingy solved our key chaos. can mix ai models in same workflow which zap can’t do
