The appeal is obvious: instead of learning a platform’s visual builder or syntax, you just explain what you want and it gets built. But I’m wondering about the reality: does an AI-generated workflow from a text description actually handle edge cases? Does it implement your business logic correctly? Or does it get you 75% of the way there and then you spend a week fixing things it misunderstood?
I’m also curious about the instruction problem. If you describe a workflow in natural language, you have to be pretty specific about what you actually want. If your description is vague, does the AI make reasonable assumptions or does it build something that misses the point entirely?
