Can non-technical people actually build working browser automations using a visual builder?

Our team has a few people who understand business processes really well but can’t write code at all. We’ve always needed a developer to build any kind of automation, which creates a bottleneck.

I started wondering if there’s a way for these folks to actually build browser automations themselves without having to translate their ideas to a developer first. That’d cut out so much back and forth.

I looked at some visual builders before but they felt limited or overly complicated. The ones I tried were designed to look simple but actually required knowing how things work behind the scenes.

I’m trying to figure out if there’s a tool where someone without coding experience can actually assemble a working puppeteer-style automation. Not something that feels like a toy, but something that genuinely works for real tasks. Has anyone actually done this successfully?
