Can you actually build production workflows from plain English descriptions, or is that marketing hype?

I keep seeing this claim about AI copilots that can generate workflows from natural language, and I’m skeptical. Everyone says it’s a game changer, but I’ve been burned by automation promises before.

The question I really have is: how much of what gets generated is actually usable? Like, if I describe a workflow in plain English—“pull data from our CRM, enrich it with AI analysis, then send summaries to sales reps via email”—does the platform actually spit out something that runs on day one, or am I spending the next three weeks customizing it?
