Getting clicks on scheduling link but zero bookings - what's going wrong?

Hey everyone, I’m encountering a frustrating problem with my marketing campaigns. My startup has been running LinkedIn ads for about four weeks now. We’re managing two different campaigns - one mainly for brand visibility and another aimed at driving engagement to get people to visit our booking link for consultations.

Interestingly, my click-through rates on both campaigns seem good. The engagement-focused campaign has a 1.5% CTR, while the brand awareness one (leading traffic to our main site) has a 2.1% CTR. While people are clicking the link to book, there are no actual appointments being made.

I’ve tested the booking system and it seems to be functioning perfectly. I’m starting to wonder if my audience research is indeed accurate, but maybe I should shift my focus towards establishing trust and credibility with regular organic posts while these paid ads continue running? Has anyone faced a similar issue where there are clicks but no conversions?

sounds like some friction to me. ur booking system might be fine, but maybe the form’s too long or asks too much upfront. i had the same issue last year - good clicks but peeps bailed at checkout. try cuttin down the steps or adding some reviews/testimonials on that page.
