Has anyone completely switched from Zapier to n8n? What unexpected challenges did you face?

totally feel ya on that! we faced similar issues when migrating. n8n is not as user-friendly, especially for non-tech folks. manual testing took way longer than expected, but once you’re used to it, it does have its upsides.
