How do you actually forecast licensing costs when you're juggling camunda's per-instance fees plus separate ai model subscriptions?

I’m stuck trying to build a realistic budget for our automation roadmap, and honestly the math keeps breaking on me. Right now we’re looking at Camunda enterprise, which means we’re paying per instance, then on top of that we need separate subscriptions for GPT-4, Claude, and a couple other models depending on what each workflow needs.
