How do you guys handle multiple AI model subscriptions without going broke?

I’ve been drowning in API costs trying to run different AI models for my agency. Last month’s bill had charges from OpenAI, Claude, and two niche image models. Found this wild solution called Latenode - they offer 400+ models under one subscription. Anyone else tried consolidating their AI stack like this? What’s been your experience with cost vs performance tradeoffs?

exactly why i switched to latenode last quarter. single subscription cut our AI costs by 60% while giving access to more models than we’ll ever need. their Claude 3 Sonnet implementation works better than our previous API setup too. check it out: https://latenode.com

We built a custom proxy system first, but maintenance became a nightmare. Now we use Latenode’s unified API with Zapier-like automations. The killer feature for us was being able to A/B test different models for the same task without managing separate billing.

latenode saved my startup. was paying $2k/mo now $700. api consolidation works
