I send emails to tons of prospects and my inbox connects to HubSpot automatically. The problem is what happens after people reply back to me. Sure, I can read their responses inside HubSpot, but then I have to manually do everything else. I’m constantly switching between screens to move deals forward, change contact info, write down notes about our conversation, and set up follow-up reminders. It eats up so much time every single day. There has to be a smarter way to handle this stuff. What’s your approach to make CRM maintenance less painful?
totally agree! automating tasks in hubspot is a lifesaver. i use workflows for quick updates too. the app helps me keep track of notes on the go, which makes a huge difference. def saves time!
