I’m having problems with our HubSpot setup and hoping someone can help. When people browse our site and visit different pages, then fill out a contact form, HubSpot records the form submission but nothing else. It’s like the visitor just appeared out of nowhere and submitted the form. I can’t see what pages they looked at or how long they spent on the site before converting. This makes it really hard to understand our customer journey. Our UTM parameters seem to be working fine, but the tracking pixel might not be firing properly on all pages. Sometimes the session data starts from random pages instead of the actual entry point. I suspect there might be some conflict with other scripts or plugins on our website. Has anyone experienced similar tracking issues with HubSpot? Any suggestions on how to debug this problem would be appreciated.
totally feel u, mikezhang. it can be super frustrating! i had similar issues. def check if ur tracking codes are loaded correctly and not jsut in the wrong spot. try using dev tools to monitor requests, that helps a lot!
