Scenario:
UserOne has an active Telegram account and has designed a bot named ChatHelper. Meanwhile, UserTwo also maintains a Telegram account. The inquiry is about enabling UserTwo to interact with ChatHelper in a manner similar to UserOne, such as by issuing commands and receiving responses. Additionally, the question seeks methods for ChatHelper to proactively send notifications or updates to UserTwo. Clarification on the procedures and potential configurations to achieve this seamless interaction between the bot and multiple users is requested.
i reckon u need to setup a webhook that registers each user when they interact. then your bot can send notifcations to certin users if they subscribe. its all about managing uids and user sessions efficiently
Based on my experience managing Telegram bots across different users, the key lies in establishing a reliable system for session management. It is important to record chat IDs and user data upon initial interaction so that the bot can send messages proactively. In one project, implementing a dedicated subscription system ensured that notifications were sent only to users who opted in. Also, sticking with Telegram’s webhook setup allowed us to process messages in near real time, which streamlined communication and improved overall bot responsiveness.
