Is anyone having issues with RapidAPI payment delays?

They told me my payout got rejected because of some PayPal error code 9302 about account limits, but I checked and my PayPal account is fine with no restrictions. I’ve been waiting for my earnings for weeks now and it’s getting frustrating. When I reached out to other API providers in my network, several of them mentioned they’re also stuck waiting for their payments from RapidAPI. This seems like more than just a one-off problem. Has anyone here successfully received their recent payouts from the platform? I’m trying to figure out if this is a widespread issue or if there’s something specific I need to do to resolve it. Any insights would be really helpful since I depend on these payments for my business.
