Is RapidAPI holding back payments for API providers this month?

Hi everyone. I’m having trouble getting my earnings from RapidAPI and wondering if others are facing the same issue. They keep telling me that my payment got rejected by PayPal because of some error code 9302 about account limits, but I checked my PayPal account and everything looks fine. There are no restrictions or limits that would block incoming payments. I’ve reached out to a couple other API developers I know and they’re all saying the same thing - no payments have come through yet. This is pretty frustrating because we depend on these monthly payouts. Has anyone actually received their money from RapidAPI recently? Just trying to figure out if this is a widespread problem or if it’s just affecting some of us.
