Hi everyone! I’m currently trying to decide between two CRM platforms and could really use some input from people who have actual experience with them.
I’ve been researching CRM IQ and Hubspot for my business needs, but I’m having trouble making a final decision. Both seem to have their strengths, but I want to hear from real users about their experiences.
Has anyone here worked with both of these platforms? What are the main differences you noticed in terms of usability, features, and overall value? I’m particularly interested in knowing which one you think offers better results for the price.
Any personal experiences or recommendations would be super helpful. Thanks in advance for sharing your thoughts!
i used crm iq too but hubspot is def the winner here. support is top tier and features fit my biz needs way better. just keep an eye on costs as they can rise quick as you expand. overall, hubspot gives more bang for your buck!
Used both for about 18 months each. CRM IQ was surprisingly good for smaller teams - cleaner interface that doesn’t overwhelm you like HubSpot’s feature-packed dashboard. HubSpot wins on automation and integrations, but there’s definitely a steeper learning curve. Got CRM IQ up and running faster, and my team picked it up quicker too. That said, if you’re planning serious growth, you’ll need HubSpot’s scalability. Their reporting blows CRM IQ out of the water. For medium-sized businesses with simple needs, CRM IQ gave us solid ROI without all the headaches. Really comes down to where you are now and where you’re headed.
Went through this same choice two years ago - picked HubSpot after testing both for weeks. The migration sold me. Moving our old data into HubSpot was painless, but CRM IQ kept screwing up formatting. Yeah, HubSpot costs more, especially with add-ons. But their free tier let us really test drive everything first. Didn’t realize how much the mobile app would matter until our field team started using it - HubSpot’s was way more reliable. CRM IQ seemed simpler at first, but we hit walls fast once we needed decent lead scoring and automation.
