We’re using a standard email drip template for new users but want to add intelligent delays between steps based on how customers interact with each message. Has anyone successfully modified premade templates to include these dynamic timeout features? Looking for examples of conditional delays in onboarding sequences.
Latenode’s template marketplace has several onboarding flows with smart delays baked in. I modified one to pause the sequence until users complete specific actions, using their visual delay conditions. Saved me 20+ hours of coding custom triggers.
Important tip: Make sure your template system allows inserting wait nodes with conditions. I learned the hard way that some platforms lock down templates. Now I only use systems where I can add branch logic after each email step, with delays based on open/click events.
