I’m feeling a mix of excitement and uncertainty right now. For the first time in a while, I’ve noticed that the API has been updated two days in a row. It happened around 8:30 am both yesterday and today. This is a big change from before, as the last update I saw was way back on December 31, 2024.
I can’t help but wonder if this means they’re finally looking at my case. My PD was in early November 2024, so I’ve been waiting for quite some time. Has anyone else noticed these recent updates? Do you think it could be a sign of movement on pending cases?
I’d love to hear if others are experiencing similar changes or if you have any insights on what these updates might mean. Thanks in advance for any thoughts or experiences you can share!
yea, i’ve seen those updates too. it’s hopeful but don’t get too excited yet. sometimes they update stuff without touching cases. my PD is october 2024 and still nada. maybe call the USCIS hotline? they might give u more info. fingers crossed for both of us!
I’ve noticed those recent API updates too, and it’s definitely intriguing. In my experience, updates don’t always correlate directly with case movement, but they can be a positive sign. I’ve been through this process before, and the waiting game can be tough. My advice? Keep an eye on the updates, but try not to read too much into them. Focus on things you can control in the meantime. Have you considered reaching out to your local USCIS office or speaking with an immigration attorney? They might be able to provide more concrete information about your case status. Hang in there – I know it’s not easy, but hopefully, you’ll get some news soon.
As someone who’s been through the immigration process, I can relate to your anticipation. API updates can indeed be promising, but they don’t always translate to immediate case movement. In my experience, USCIS works in mysterious ways.
During my wait, I found it helpful to focus on other aspects of life. Have you considered volunteering or taking up a new hobby? It helped me stay positive and productive.
Also, don’t hesitate to reach out to your congressperson’s office. They were instrumental in my case, providing valuable updates and even expediting the process when there was a delay.
Remember, every case is unique. While it’s tempting to compare timelines, try to resist. Your case will move forward in its own time. Stay patient and keep your documentation up to date. Wishing you the best of luck!
