I just read something interesting about Shopify. The CEO there is saying workers need to show that AI can’t do their jobs before they can ask for more people on their teams. What do you think about this?
It seems like a pretty big deal. I’m wondering how employees at Shopify feel about this new rule. Do you think other companies might start doing the same thing?
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. Is it a smart move for the company, or could it cause problems? How would you react if your boss told you to prove AI couldn’t do your job?
