Testing a migration before going live - what should autonomous ai teams actually validate

If AI teams can only do the obvious stuff, then we’re not really reducing risk, we’re just adding a layer of testing that we’re still going to redo manually anyway.

What have people actually found that autonomous testing can catch that’s meaningful for a migration?
