Updated Functional Training Exercise Tracker (v2.4) for Excel and Sheets

Updated exercise database with new lunge, macebell, push up, and various other moves has been released. Broken video links fixed. Resource helps design functional workout plans fast.

The updated tracker has genuinely enhanced the way I plan functional workouts. I swapped out an older version recently and noticed that the inclusion of new movements like the lunge variations and macebell exercises really opens up options for varied routines. The video link fixes have not gone unnoticed either, as reliable resources have made following along much easier. The changes have allowed me to fine-tune my regimen and optimize exercise selection based on available moves, ultimately leading to smoother training sessions overall.

After using the updated tracker for several weeks, I observed considerable improvements in how I manage my functional training routines.
