Hi everyone! I need help picking an email service for my home server applications. There are so many choices and I’m getting confused about which one to go with.
I’ve been looking at these options:
- AWS Simple Email Service
- Mailgun platform
- SendGrid service
- Postmark
- Running my own mail server
- Maybe something else?
If you’re using a cloud email service, I’d really appreciate knowing:
- What service do you recommend?
- How many emails do you send per month?
- Do your emails actually reach the inbox?
For people running their own mail servers - what hardware and software setup are you using?
