I’m wondering if anyone knows about tools specifically made for managing AI development projects. Something that handles the discover-plan-generate-validate cycle and keeps up with how fast AI lets us work.

most AI dev teams I kno just use slack and shared docs. the industry’s moving too fast for proper tooling to keep up. we use a simple kanban board but focus on “experiment → validate → ship” instead of traditional dev phases. works way better than forcing jira into something it wasnt designed for.
