So I’m asking: has anyone actually used a no-code builder to prototype end-to-end workflows before a BPM migration and found that the prototype became the production workflow with minimal rework? Or is this one of those situations where the prototype phase saves time on design decisions but you’re still rebuilding the actual automation?
I’m also curious about what breaks. Error handling? Data transformation? Integration edge cases? Performance under load? For teams that did prototype first, what was the actual percentage of a production workflow that you could carry over from the prototype without modification?
