Hey music lovers! Spotify just dropped their annual Wrapped feature for 2024. I’m super excited to see my listening stats for the year. I’m really curious about everyone else’s results too. lol my wrapped caught me off guard. top artist was doja cat (no shock there) but somehow ed sheeran snuck into my top 5?? guess those chill study playlists add up fast haha. anyone else get a weird mix? spotify knows us better than we know ourselves 
I’m actually quite pleased with my Spotify Wrapped this year. My top artist was Radiohead, which makes sense given I went through a major phase revisiting their entire discography. What really caught me off guard was the amount of classical music in my top genres. Turns out those study sessions with Bach and Chopin as background music really added up!
One interesting stat was my ‘listening personality’ - apparently I’m a ‘time traveler’ because I jump between decades a lot. It’s true, I do love mixing up 60s rock with 90s grunge and modern indie.
The most surprising thing was realizing I had listened to over 80,000 minutes of music this year. That’s like 55 days of non-stop tunes! It’s fascinating to see all this data laid out. Really makes you reflect on your year through the lens of what you’ve been listening to.
My Spotify Wrapped this year was quite the eye-opener. Surprisingly, my top artist turned out to be Ludovico Einaudi. I hadn’t realized how much I’d been relying on his piano compositions for work focus and relaxation. It’s fascinating how our listening habits can reveal patterns we’re not consciously aware of.
As for unexpected entries, I found The Weeknd in my top 5, which was a bit of a shock. I suppose those late-night driving sessions added up more than I thought. It’s intriguing to see how Spotify’s data can paint such a detailed picture of our year in music.

yo my top artist was taylor swift which is no surprise lol. but i was shocked to see billie eilish in my top 5, didnt realize i listened to her that much. anyone else have any unexpected artists show up? its crazy how spotify tracks everything
