Advertisements Promoting AI Workers to Business Owners

I keep seeing more and more marketing campaigns that target companies and try to convince them to replace human workers with artificial intelligence systems. These ads are everywhere now - on social media, business websites, and even in trade magazines.

The messaging usually focuses on how AI can work 24/7 without breaks, doesn’t need benefits or vacation time, and can handle repetitive tasks without getting tired. Some ads even claim that AI employees are more reliable and cost-effective than human staff.

What do you think about this trend? Are businesses actually falling for these marketing tactics? I’m curious if anyone has experience with companies that have tried to implement AI workers based on these advertisements. How did it work out for them in practice?

I came across this older discussion and wanted to add a thought: has anyone here actually seen companies respond to these ads in a real way? I’m curious whether small businesses are actually swapping roles out or if it’s more hype than practice. Would be interesting to hear if anyone has examples of AI being added alongside people instead of replacing them.
