Hey everyone,
I’m looking for some advice on cheaper options to sync our Redshift data with Hubspot. We’ve been using Hightouch because it’s really simple and even non-technical team members can set up integrations. With just a basic point and click interface, they can handle syncs without needing any coding expertise.
However, our usage has spiked, and now we’re dealing with an annual cost of $24,000, which is way over our budget.
Can anyone suggest any similar tools that maintain an easy-to-use interface but come at a lower cost? I’m especially interested in those that offer a straightforward UI for mapping fields and setting up sync rules.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions!
have u looked into fivetran? its pretty user-friendly and way cheaper than hightouch. we switched last year and saved a ton. the UI for field mapping is decent, tho not as slick. might need some initial tech help to set up, but after that its smooth sailing for most of our team. worth checking out imo
I’ve been in a similar boat with syncing data to Hubspot, and I found Airbyte to be a great alternative. It’s open-source, which means it’s free if you’re willing to self-host. Even their cloud version is more budget-friendly than Hightouch.
What I really like about Airbyte is that it strikes a good balance between user-friendliness and customization. The UI is intuitive enough for non-technical users to set up basic syncs, but it also offers more advanced options if you need them.
One thing to keep in mind is that the initial setup might require a bit more technical know-how compared to Hightouch. But once it’s up and running, day-to-day operations are pretty straightforward. Plus, their documentation is solid, which helps a lot.
In terms of field mapping and sync rules, Airbyte does a decent job. It might not be as polished as Hightouch, but it gets the job done without breaking the bank. And considering the potential savings, it’s definitely worth exploring.
