Airtable connection issues with Fillout forms

Hey everyone,

I’m having a weird problem with my Fillout forms and Airtable. They used to work fine together, but now they’re not playing nice.

Here’s what’s happening:

  • All my Fillout form integrations suddenly disconnected from Airtable
  • When I try to reconnect them, they disconnect right away
  • I’ve tried granting access again, but no luck

I’ve looked around the community and couldn’t find anyone else with this issue. It’s driving me nuts!

Has anyone run into something like this before? Any tips on how to fix it? I’m totally stuck and could use some help.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give!

I’ve dealt with this frustrating situation before, and it’s often due to API rate limiting or temporary server issues on either Fillout’s or Airtable’s end. Have you tried waiting a few hours and then attempting to reconnect? Sometimes these problems resolve themselves.

If that doesn’t work, double-check your account’s subscription status on both platforms. I once had a similar issue when my Airtable Pro trial expired without me realizing it.

Another thing to try is using a different browser or device to reconnect. I’ve seen weird caching issues cause problems like this before.

If all else fails, reaching out to both Fillout and Airtable support simultaneously can be helpful. They might be able to identify if there’s a broader integration issue affecting multiple users.

I’ve encountered similar connectivity issues with Fillout and Airtable before. One potential solution is to check your API keys. Sometimes they can expire or become invalid, causing sudden disconnections. Log into both Fillout and Airtable accounts, regenerate your API keys, and update them in your integration settings. Also, ensure your Airtable base permissions haven’t changed. If the problem persists, it might be worth reaching out to Fillout’s support team directly. They can often pinpoint specific account-related issues that aren’t immediately apparent on the user end.

hey tom, that sucks man. i had a similar issue last month. have u tried clearing ur browser cache? that fixed it for me. also, maybe check if airtable updated recently? sometimes new versions mess stuff up. good luck!
