Why did Airtable raise pricing from $20 to $700 for our charity after switching from a nonprofit to a business plan? We lack support and face rising costs.
i think they updatd your plan specs so the discount for nonprofits was lost. maybe contact support again to see if they can giv u a better deal for charity use
