Hello everyone! I need some help with my lead generation setup. I was using Zapier to automatically send data from my Facebook lead ads to HubSpot so I could build my email marketing list. The integration was working perfectly during my free trial period. Now that my free Zapier account has expired, I can’t continue using their service because the paid plans are too expensive for my budget. Does anyone know of cheaper alternatives or different methods to connect Facebook lead forms with HubSpot? I really need to keep collecting leads for my email campaigns but I’m looking for a more affordable solution. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
zapier alternatives can be tough to find, but integrately has worked well for me. its way cheaper than zapier and sends fb leads to hubspot easily. just a lil setup needed, but once it’s setup, it runs smooth. also, check if hubspot has that fb integration now, they update often.
I switched to Pabbly Connect eight months ago when Zapier got too expensive. It’s been solid for Facebook to HubSpot lead transfers - $19/month for unlimited automations vs Zapier’s per-task pricing. Setup was easy, similar interface to Zapier. You might also check HubSpot’s native Facebook Lead Ads integration if you haven’t already. I tested it but Pabbly’s better for custom field mapping. Make.com’s another option with good pricing, though it’s got a steeper learning curve.
Been there with Zapier’s crazy pricing. Tested a bunch of options and landed on n8n - totally free if you self-host. Takes maybe an hour to set up on a cheap VPS and works great for Facebook leads to HubSpot. Don’t want to self-host? Their cloud version’s still way cheaper than Zapier. The workflow builder’s pretty easy once you mess around with it. Also check out Microsoft Power Automate if you’ve got Office 365 - comes with solid automation limits and connects Facebook and HubSpot no problem. Mine’s been running six months without any issues.
