Anyone using HubSpot's built-in AI meeting transcription feature?

I’m curious about HubSpot’s AI meeting recorder that they recently launched. Has anyone here given it a test run yet? I’m wondering how it stacks up against other tools like Otter, Chorus, or Fireflies that we’ve been using for call summaries and transcripts. My team is thinking about switching over but I want to get some real user feedback first. Does it actually capture everything accurately? How’s the integration with your CRM workflows? Would love to hear your thoughts before making the jump. Is it worth ditching our current setup for this native option?

We rolled this out to our sales team last month after using Fireflies for over a year. Setup was way easier than the third-party integrations we’ve dealt with before. What sold me was how it automatically fills contact records with conversation insights - no manual work needed. Transcription quality’s solid for normal business calls, but it sometimes misses stuff when clients talk fast or have thick accents. The post-meeting editing interface is pretty basic compared to dedicated transcription tools, which is annoying. But having everything in HubSpot means no more data silos like we had with external tools. Just the time we save on admin work made the switch worth it.

i’ve given it a shot for a few weeks now, and honestly, it’s pretty impressive. the accuracy even with accents is better than i expected. and it integrates smoothly into deal records, which is way easier than what we did with Fireflies. just a heads up, long meetings can confuse it tho.

Been testing it for about a month. The workflow integration is hands down the best part. With Chorus, we had to manually sync everything - such a pain. HubSpot automatically creates follow-up tasks and updates contact properties based on what was said in the call. Transcription quality is solid for most business calls, but it struggles with our industry’s technical jargon sometimes. What surprised me was how much better it handles multiple speakers than Otter. The summary feature is a huge time-saver - automatically pulls out action items and key points for our sales team. If you’re already using HubSpot heavily, the native integration alone makes it worth switching.
