Are real estate-focused CRMs superior to general marketing platforms?

Hey everyone! I’m a realtor thinking about upgrading from the basic CRM my brokerage offers. With my marketing background, I’m drawn to platforms like Hubspot. But I’m wondering if I should consider CRMs made specifically for real estate agents instead.
