I’m looking for a good self-hosted database solution that works like Airtable. I tried Baserow first because people said it was simple and had nice templates ready to use. But it turned out to be a problem for me. The memory usage was crazy high - around 2.5 GB which is way too much for my server setup. Also, a lot of the cool features like kanban boards and calendar views are locked behind the paid version only. So the free tier is pretty limited. Now I need to find something better. I’ve been reading about SeaTable and NocoDB as possible options. Has anyone here used these before? Are there other alternatives I should consider? I mainly need something that doesn’t eat up all my RAM and has decent features available for free. Any recommendations would be helpful!
nocoDB rox! ive been using it for a while now and it hardly eats ram. my vps is chill with 300-400mb usage. the ui is nicer too, plus u get most features for free, unlike some other options.
