Can we contribute to the Winlator+ app compatibility list?

Hi everyone! I’ve created a community-driven spreadsheet for Winlator+ app compatibility. It’s open for public access and editing. I’m not a regular here, so I thought I’d share it now.

The sheet is meant to help users find out which apps work well with Winlator+. We’ve had a few bumps with trolls, but don’t worry - I’ve got backups and version control in place.

I’d love for you all to check it out and add your experiences. The more info we gather, the better it’ll be for everyone using Winlator+. Have you tried any apps with it? What worked? What didn’t? Your input could really help others!

I’ve been using Winlator+ for about a year now, and I can definitely see the value in a community-driven compatibility list. Great idea, Mia92!

One thing I’ve noticed is that compatibility can vary depending on the device you’re using. Maybe we could add a column for device specs? It could help users troubleshoot issues or choose apps that are more likely to work on their setup.

I’ve had mixed results with some productivity apps. For example, Microsoft Office suite works pretty well, but I’ve had some formatting issues with complex Excel spreadsheets. On the other hand, Adobe Creative Cloud apps have been hit or miss - Photoshop runs decently, but After Effects is a no-go on my setup.

I’ll make sure to add my experiences to the spreadsheet when I get a chance. This could really help streamline the process for new Winlator+ users.

thx for making the list, mia92! i’ve used winlator+ a bit and happy to chime in. backups sound smart, trolls really suck. perhaps a star rating system helps? ill try it soon!
