Can't get authentication code emails from HubSpot after domain issues

Hi everyone,

I’m stuck trying to access my HubSpot account because the verification codes aren’t reaching my inbox. When I enter my credentials, the system confirms it sent a code but nothing shows up.

My setup uses Google Workspace with a custom domain hosted through Crazy Domains. There were some email delivery problems a few days back - one of my clients mentioned their message got rejected. Those issues seem resolved now since I’m getting verification emails from other platforms like OpenAI and Fiverr without problems.

But HubSpot codes still won’t come through. I’m wondering if somehow my email got flagged in their system. The frustrating part is I can’t reach their support team because I’m using the free tier. To upgrade and get support access, I’d need to log in first - it’s like being trapped in a loop.

I do have the mobile app working on my phone, but it’s too basic to handle account upgrades or settings changes.

Has anyone dealt with something similar? Any ideas on how to get around this?

crazy domains can mess with email routing, right? def check ur spam folder first because hubspot emails sometimes end up there. if that dont work, maybe try requesting the code from a different browser or use incognito mode. helped me when my verification codes were missing.

Had the exact same issue with HubSpot about six months back when I switched email providers. Other services were sending codes fine, but HubSpot wouldn’t budge. Here’s what fixed it for me: I logged in using my phone’s hotspot instead of my office wifi. Turns out their system somehow linked my IP to the old email delivery failures.
