Hey everyone,
I’m in a bit of a pickle and could use some advice. I’m currently looking to switch my email service provider and I’m torn between Loops and Resend. I’ve been using Mailgun, but their dashboard is giving me headaches.
What’s your go-to email platform? I’d love to hear about your experiences and why you chose it. Any pros and cons you’ve noticed?
I’m particularly interested in ease of use, deliverability rates, and customer support. If you’ve used either Loops or Resend, I’d really appreciate your insights.
Thanks for any help you can offer. It’s always great to get real-world feedback before making a decision like this.
I’ve had experience with both Loops and Resend, but I lean towards Loops for my email needs. Their deliverability rates are top-notch, and I’ve seen consistent improvements in my open rates since switching.
The Loops dashboard is clean and intuitive, making it easy to manage campaigns and track performance. Their customer support is also exceptional - I’ve had a few technical issues resolved quickly and efficiently.
One area where Loops really shines is their automation features. It’s saved me countless hours in campaign management. The only drawback I’ve found is that their pricing can be a bit steep for smaller businesses.
Overall, while Resend is solid, Loops has been more reliable and feature-rich in my experience. It’s worth considering if you’re prioritizing deliverability and ease of use.
i’ve been using loops for a few months now and its pretty solid. the interface is easy to navigate and the deliverability has been good. customer support is decent too, they usually get back to me within a day.
only downside is the pricing can be a bit steep if youre just starting out. but overall im happy with it
I’ve been using Resend for about a year now, and I have to say it’s been a game-changer for our email campaigns. The interface is incredibly intuitive, which was a breath of fresh air after struggling with clunkier platforms.
Deliverability has been stellar - we’ve seen a noticeable uptick in open rates since switching. Their API is also robust and well-documented, which made integration a breeze for our dev team.
One downside is that their analytics could be more comprehensive. It gets the job done, but if you’re looking for really granular data, you might need to supplement with another tool.
Customer support has been responsive, though I’ve rarely needed to reach out given how smooth the platform runs. All in all, I’d recommend giving Resend a shot. It’s been reliable and has scaled well with our growing needs.
