Connecting Gravity Forms to Vendasta CRM Through Zapier - Any Success Stories?

After dealing with support issues for several months, I finally learned that Vendasta CRM doesn’t have direct integration with Gravity Forms on WordPress sites. The support team suggested using Zapier as a middleman to connect the two platforms.

I’m wondering if anyone here has actually gotten this setup working:

  • How stable was the connection between Gravity Forms and Vendasta through Zapier?
  • Did you run into problems with data not syncing properly?
  • Was the whole process worth the hassle or should I look at different solutions?

I set up the integration between Gravity Forms and Vendasta via Zapier about eight months ago, and while the connection is generally stable once configured, there are a few things to keep in mind. The field mapping process took significantly more time than I anticipated, especially due to Vendasta’s unconventional field structure within Zapier. The major challenge was ensuring that custom fields transferred correctly, which required me to create a multi-step Zap with formatting adjustments. Additionally, the data synchronization isn’t as immediate as advertised; there’s typically a delay of around 5-10 minutes. Nevertheless, for my needs, the integration has proven to be worthwhile, as I rely on Gravity Forms for various purposes. It took an entire day to set everything up and thoroughly test it, but it has functioned reliably since then.
