Hey everyone! I’m looking for some help with my productivity setup. I’ve been using Hero Assistant on my phone for a while now and it’s been great for managing tasks and notes. It syncs with my calendars and has this cool feature called “Can’t Miss Reminders” that really keeps me on track.
Now, I’m wondering if there’s a way to make it even more useful for my work. I deal with HubSpot support tickets and it would be awesome if I could get alerts on Hero Assistant when important tickets come in. Has anyone tried using Zapier to connect these two?
I’m not super tech-savvy, so any tips on how to set this up would be much appreciated. It would be a game-changer for my workflow if I could get those high-priority ticket notifications straight to Hero Assistant. Thanks in advance for any advice!
I’ve been using a similar setup for a while now, and it’s been a game-changer for my workflow. Here’s what worked for me:
First, make sure you have a Zapier account and connect both HubSpot and Hero Assistant to it. Then, create a new Zap with HubSpot as the trigger. You’ll want to choose ‘New Ticket’ as the specific trigger event.
For the action step, select Hero Assistant and choose ‘Create Reminder’ as the action. You can customize the reminder details based on the ticket information from HubSpot. I found it helpful to include the ticket number, subject, and priority in the reminder.
One tip: set up filters in your Zap to only create reminders for high-priority tickets. This way, you won’t get overwhelmed with notifications for every single ticket.
It took some trial and error, but once I got it working, it significantly improved my response time to critical issues. Good luck with your setup!
I have successfully connected HubSpot ticket alerts to Hero Assistant using Zapier, and the experience was very positive. To achieve this, I began by setting up my Zapier account and linking it to both HubSpot and Hero Assistant. I then configured a Zap that activates when a new ticket is created in HubSpot, and I used this trigger to send the ticket details to Hero Assistant to create a reminder. I customized the reminder with pertinent details and set filters to capture high-priority tickets only. This integration significantly improved my responsiveness and overall productivity.
hey pete, i’ve actually done smthing similar! zapier’s great for this. u can set up a zap that triggers when a new hubspot ticket comes in, then use hero assistant’s api to create a can’t miss reminder. it’s pretty straightforward once u get the hang of it. lmk if u need more specifics on setting it up!
