But here’s where I’m skeptical: governance exists for a reason. We have approved change processes, sign-off requirements, audit trails. And we have political dynamics around who owns which systems and when decisions need human judgment.

I’d say use AI agents for orchestration and status visibility, not for substituting governance. Have governance processes unchanged, but have agents feed information to the humans who make decisions.
