Counting song occurrences in Umineko chapters: Spreadsheet available

Hey everyone! I’m a huge Umineko fan and I’ve been working on something cool. I made a spreadsheet that shows how many times each song plays in every chapter of the game. It took me ages to put together, but I think it’s pretty interesting.

I went through all the chapters and kept track of when each song played. Some songs show up way more than others! It’s neat to see which tunes the creators used most often.

Has anyone else done something like this before? I’d love to hear what you think about the music usage in Umineko. Do you have any favorite tracks that you wish played more often?

Let me know if you want to check out the spreadsheet. I’d be happy to share it with other fans who are into this kind of stuff!

woah thats cool! i never thought about counting song plays before. id love to see ur spreadsheet dude. my fave track is goldenslaughterer but i bet its not used that much. bet you found some interesting patterns huh? did u notice any songs that only play in specific arcs?

That’s an impressive project you’ve undertaken, Samuel87! I can only imagine the dedication it took to track every song across all the chapters. As someone who’s replayed Umineko multiple times, I’ve always been fascinated by how the music enhances the storytelling.

One thing I noticed during my playthroughs was how certain tracks seemed to be associated with specific characters or plot elements. For instance, ‘Worldend dominator’ always got my heart racing during intense confrontations. Did your data reveal any patterns like that?

I’m particularly curious about how the music usage evolved between the question and answer arcs. In my experience, the soundtrack felt more diverse in later chapters, but that might just be my perception. Your spreadsheet could shed some real light on that.

If you’re open to sharing, I’d be thrilled to take a look at your work. It could be a fantastic resource for the community to discuss the intricate role of music in Umineko’s narrative.

Impressive work on that spreadsheet! As a fellow Umineko enthusiast, I’m intrigued by your musical analysis. It must have taken considerable time and effort to compile all that data. I’d be very interested in examining your findings.

In my experience, tracks like ‘system0’ and ‘core’ seemed to appear frequently, but I’d be curious to see if the data supports that impression. Did you notice any surprising trends in song usage across different chapters? I always felt the music choices significantly impacted the atmosphere of each scene.

If you’re willing to share, I’d appreciate access to your spreadsheet. It could provide valuable insights for discussions on Umineko’s masterful soundtrack and its role in storytelling.
