CRM Comparison: Zoho or HubSpot for a Growing Landscaping Company?

Hey everyone! Our landscaping business is growing and we’re trying to upgrade from basic office tools to a proper CRM. We got Zoho last year but it’s been a struggle to use effectively. Now our new sales guy is pushing for HubSpot instead.

I’m not sure which way to go. Zoho seems overwhelming with features we might not need yet. But I’ve heard HubSpot isn’t a full CRM. We’re a small-to-medium commercial landscaping outfit that’s been around for 25 years.
