Difficulty finding entry-level positions in management

I’m really struggling to break into management roles. It seems every job posting demands years of experience and expertise with specific software tools. For instance, many roles request 5-8 years of similar work experience, SaaS know-how, Salesforce admin skills, and familiarity with Hubspot, Zendesk, and other company-specific systems. How are newcomers supposed to acquire these skills when online courses lack practical experience and certifications can be expensive without guaranteeing interviews? Should I ignore these postings or try to self-train on these tools? Also, I’ve come across ServiceNow and am not sure what its role is. Any advice on entering these positions would be greatly appreciated.

hey there, i feel ya on the job hunt struggle. tbh, those requirements are often wishlists. if u meet like 60% of em, go for it anyway! for tools, try free trials or open source alternatives to get hands-on exp. ServiceNow’s like a big IT management platform. networking can help too - maybe find a mentor in ur field? keep at it, you’ll break thru eventually!
