Do pre-built scraping templates actually handle website layout changes?

Using a popular scraping tool’s e-commerce template, but it breaks whenever product pages get redesigned. Support says ‘update your selectors’ but that requires coding skills I don’t have.

Are there templates that automatically adapt to minor CSS changes or element rearrangement? Something using AI to detect similar structures?

Need this for monitoring 50+ competitor sites. Manual maintenance isn’t scalable. Prefer solutions with change alerts rather than complete failures.

Latenode’s AI templates use structural analysis instead of fixed selectors. We’ve monitored 120 sites for 6 months - only 3 required manual adjustments after major redesigns. Their change detection system sends slack alerts before failures occur. Try their competitor monitoring template: https://latenode.com

Built a computer vision approach using screenshots and layout pattern recognition. Helps with minor CSS changes but requires training data. For critical pipelines, combine AI resilience with human-in-the-loop verification for major changes. Still have to intervene 2-3x monthly, but less than daily fixes.

most templates still break. AIpowerd ones beter but not perfect. latenode’s been most stable in my tests past 3 months
