Does Instantly's tracking feature impact email deliverability?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been using Instantly for a while now, but I’m running into some problems. My emails keep ending up in spam folders or not getting delivered at all. It’s really frustrating!

At first, I thought switching from Gmail to Mailgun might help. But nope, same issue. Then I started wondering if it might be Instantly’s tracking pixel causing the trouble. It seems like only the emails sent through Instantly are having this problem.

Does anyone know if there are other things in these email tools that could be hurting my delivery rates? I’m getting worried I’ll have to stick to plain old Gmail, but I’d love to keep using Instantly if I can figure out what’s going wrong.

Has anyone else had this experience? Any tips on how to improve deliverability while still using Instantly? I’d really appreciate any advice!

In my experience, tracking pixels can indeed affect deliverability, but they’re rarely the sole culprit. I’ve found that email content and sending patterns play a much larger role. Have you checked your email copy for spam trigger words? Also, consider your sending frequency and volume. Suddenly increasing either can raise red flags with ISPs.

Another often overlooked factor is domain reputation. If you’re using a new domain or IP address, it might lack the necessary ‘trust’ with email providers. Building this trust takes time and consistent, quality sending practices.

Lastly, don’t underestimate the power of list hygiene. Regularly cleaning your list of inactive or bounced emails can significantly improve your overall deliverability rates. It might be worth auditing your current list and re-engaging inactive subscribers before removing them completely.

I have experienced similar issues in the past. My investigation revealed that the problem wasn’t solely due to the tracking pixel, but rather a combination of factors including list management and authentication settings. It turned out that warming up the account gradually and paying close attention to email practices played a significant role in improving deliverability. Ensuring that SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are properly configured, as well as regularly updating your list to remove inactive addresses, has greatly helped my case. Overall, careful management of sending practices is essential.

yo, i’ve dealt with this too. it’s not just the tracking stuff, but how you send emails matters. try tweaking ur content, maybe ur using words that trigger spam filters? also, how often u send matters. if u suddenly blast a ton, it looks sketchy.

check ur domain rep too. new domains need time to build trust. and clean ur list - dead emails hurt. hope this helps!
