Does the AI copilot thing actually generate workflows you can use, or is it mostly hype?

I’ve been reading about AI copilots that supposedly turn plain English descriptions into production-ready workflows, and I’m skeptical in the best way possible.

How much of the generated workflow typically needs to be fixed? Does the copilot understand complex conditional logic, or is it just good for simple integrations? And most importantly for our economics discussion—if this actually works, could it let us reduce our dependency on specialized workflow engineers?

What was your experience? Did the time saved on workflow generation offset the learning curve of a new platform?

I’ve tested this and it’s better than I expected, but not perfect.
