Exceed limit of parallel executions

After solving the problem that all scenarios stopped working, now they all have this error exceed limit of parallel executions in prod, it only works in dev, even if there are no parallel executions, it presents this error

In postman: 429 Too Many Requests

Same problem. My scenarios with parallel branches no longer run.
