Had the same thing two weeks ago - turned out Gmail’s spam filter was going nuts. The weird content distortion you’re seeing? That’s Gmail ripping out HTML elements and CSS from emails it thinks are sketchy. Check your spam folder first - legit emails might be getting dumped there. Also try turning off browser extensions, especially ad blockers. I had uBlock Origin messing with Gmail’s rendering and disabling it fixed most of the formatting issues. If nothing works, switch to basic HTML view temporarily so you can actually read your emails while Google fixes whatever’s broken on their end.
