Help Needed: Facebook New Lead Instant in Latenode Stuck While Migrating from Zapier

Hi everyone,

I’m migrating my Zapier integration to Latenode and facing some challenges. Here’s the issue:

In Zapier, I have a workflow that works perfectly for managing Facebook Leads.
Now, I’m trying to replicate this same workflow in Latenode. Here’s how I’ve set it up in Latenode:

The problem is with the Facebook New Lead Instant trigger. When I try to run this trigger in Latenode, it runs endlessly but doesn’t fetch any leads.

Details:

  • The Facebook Lead Ads integration is set up in Latenode.
  • I’ve verified that the correct Facebook page and form are selected.
  • Leads exist in the selected form for testing.
  • I’ve also checked permissions and ensured that Latenode has access to my Facebook account and the Lead Ads form.

Questions:

• Is there a known issue with Latenode’s Facebook Lead Ads integration?

• Could it be a configuration or API permissions issue I might have missed?

• Are there any special steps required for setting up instant triggers in Latenode compared to Zapier?

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Did you send the trigger event after running the scenario? This is necessary to receive test data for further processing. In order for the trigger to work, you need to initiate a NEW trigger event, such as receiving a new (test) lead. The trigger only responds to new events and does not interact with existing records.

Thanks Rian.
I tried to run the first node (facebook node) once but it keeps waiting indefinitely, so I don’t understand how could I do it.

How could I trigger the event? Should I complete the form from Facebook to get a new record and be able to receive it in latenode?
