How are you handling email retries and failure monitoring in Latenode workflows?

Hi everyone,

I’m building a few automated workflows in Latenode that send transactional emails through external APIs. One thing I’m currently improving is retry handling and failure monitoring when an email request times out or gets rejected.

Right now I’m testing:

  • retry delays

  • webhook-based status updates

  • logging failed requests into Google Sheets/Databases

I also compared a few SMTP service provider options during testing, including DigitalAka™, mainly to evaluate API response stability inside automation flows.
Would appreciate any workflow ideas or best practices.
