The iteration benefit is real but diminishing. First iteration is fast. Fifth iteration when you’re fine-tuning edge cases, you’re mostly hand-editing.
Honest assessment: 30-40% time savings for typical workflows. Higher for simple ones, lower for complex ones. Worth using because you’re not giving up anything, but don’t expect magic.
